Paul VI and the artists
On 16 October, as part of the celebrations for the beatification of Pope Paul VI, the Vatican Museums have inaugurated an exhibition in the Charlemagne Wing dedicated to the Pontiff and his special relationship with artists and the world of art. "Paul VI and the artists. You are the custodians of beauty in the world" is curated by Francesca Boschetti and presents a selection of works and historical photos from the Vatican Museums Collection of Contemporary Art.
