The frieze of the medieval portico of St. John Lateran
The final meeting of the Thursdays in the Museums season will, exceptionally, take place on Tuesday. On 26 June at 04.00 p.m., Dr Anna Maria De Strobel, Curator of the Department of Byzantine and Medieval Art of the Vatican Museums, along with other authoritative contributors, will present a conference on the recent discovery of fragments of the medieval frieze of St. John Lateran.
