Free Entry for the European Heritage Days
On 29 September¸ with the usual free entry on the last Sunday of the month, the Vatican Museums along with many European States have again confirmed their participation in the European Heritage Days 2013.
Initiated in 1991 by the Council of Europe and by the European Commission, the Days aim to enhance and promote dialogue and exchange between European countries in the field of culture.
The Vatican Museums will be open to the public between the hours of 09.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. (last entry at 12.30 p.m.).
