Registration

Please complete the registration form and return it by e-mail to the Scientific Secretary (coffinconference.musei@scv.va) before 30 March 2013.

Unfortunately, the capacity of the Conference Hall is limited, and therefore only the a limited number of participants can be accepted. Early application is advised.

Registration to attend without giving a paper are welcome. These will be accepted on a first come-first served basis.

Official replies to requests to attend will be sent out no later than 15 April 2013.

All those attending must register between 8 am and 9 am on 19 June 2013 at the Conference Registration Desk, c/o Conference Hall in the Vatican Museums.

 

Registration Fee

€ 80.00

The registration fee includes the following:

• conference material

• book of abstracts

• coffee-break on the days of the conference

• buffet-lunch on the days of the conference

• Gala dinner in the Vatican Museums

• private visit to the Sistine Chapel and Raphael's Rooms

• cocktail in the Accademia d’Egitto di Roma and visit to the Egyptian collection of the Academy (transport included)

• participation in all the events related to the conference

 

Speakers are not required to pay the conference fee.

 

Payments

Instructions as to how to pay the registration fee will be sent together with the official reply no later than 15 April 2013.
