Farewell to Antonio Paolucci
It is with sorrow that the Directorate of the Vatican Museums and Cultural Heritage announces the passing, yesterday evening in Florence, of Professor Antonio Paolucci, 84, art historian and former Director of the Pope's Museums from 2007 to 2016.
A great loss for the world of culture, art, and for the entire family of the Governorate of the Vatican City State who, together with the community of the Vatican Museums, extends a heartfelt embrace to his family.
