The Vatican Museums evening openings are back
Extended hours on Friday and Saturday
From 14 April to 28 October, the evening openings of the Vatican Museums will resume, with continuous and extended opening hours on weekends.
The Museums by Night appointment has by now become a custom that is greatly appreciated by all those pilgrims and tourists who wish to experience a more relaxed visit, immersed in the quiet and evocative atmosphere of the night. All is enlivened by the inviting Happy Hour served in the enchanting setting of the Courtyard of the Pinecone (on request when booking online).
You can take advantage of the special opening – in April – every Friday and Saturday until 10.30 p.m. (last entry at 08.30 p.m.).
From 6 May, on Saturdays, the Museums will close earlier at 08.00 p.m. (last entry at 06.00 p.m.).
A rich musical and concert programme will accompany the cultural attractions, making the time spent in the Pope’s Museums even more memorable.
