Again this year, during the Lenten period, the traditional Via Crucis, the Way of the Cross, will take place in the Vatican Gardens for Vatican State employees.
To allow all staff to participate in this moment of shared prayer, on Tuesday 15 April the Vatican Museums will open at the later time of 11.00 a.m., while the Castel Gandolfo Museum Complex will remain closed for the entire day.
